In conclusion, according to the study, we
can understand the importance of entrepreneurial skills and personal qualities
how to be a successful entrepreneurs in Malaysia and the world. Entrepreneur is
a person who run the organization and managea business undertaking, assuming
the risk for sake of profit. Anyone who starts and operate a business is an
entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship has been correctly identified with the individual, as success of
enterprise depends networked, open risk taker, observant, visionary, failure is
an option, open culture, outcome oriented, team oriented and proactive.
As we take one of the example of successful
entrepreneur in Asia featuring Robert Kuok Hock Nien as our role model in
entrepreneur fields. The richest man in Malaysia, also known as Asian Sugar
King, Tan Sri Robert Kuok Hock Nien courage to seize opportunity at home and
abroad, and used his excellent connections with government and industry to
rapidly scale up his empire. Kuok owns multiple enterprises and he has
investments across the countries like Australia, Singapore, Fiji, Philippines,
Mainland, Thailand, Indonesia and China including 10 Coca-cola bottling

As we know, a good
leader will lead the organization to a better future, and to provide the
benefits to society. Every organization needs leaders at all levels. Leaders
can be found, if you look at the following character traits. The
characteristics of a leader also important because it may affect the society
while the leader became the role model of the world. Peoples will practice to do to become
the way success. A good leader must have discipline and single-minded in
his or her vision, to guide his or her actions, and to the goals of the team.
